Fantastic experience, great equipment, reasonably priced. Directed to skimium around the corner to collect but supported very well (even though they sorted the skiers first.....we know boarders come 2nd ....especially british)...still had a great...

Staff very friendly and helpful. Very handy location t for ski pass purchase and main gondola. We left our skis and boots etc nightly at the Alves hire shop.

The resort of Briançon

Briançon, a Vauban city registered as a UNESCO World Heritage site, combines historical richness with direct access to a large ski area via the Prorel cable car. In the city, you will find shops, fortified architecture, and thermal baths, making it a favored destination for culture enthusiasts and winter sports lovers alike, blending heritage and skiing.

The Briançon area is an integral part of Serre Chevalier (250 km, 81 slopes, 60 ski lifts). The Briançon sector offers a starting altitude of 1,200 m and an ending altitude of 2,800 m, with a vertical drop of 1,600 m. With more than 1,000 snow cannons, the area features slopes on the edge of the forest and wide spaces ideal for family skiing as well as for off-piste enthusiasts.
